If you don’t think she’s pregnant, I recommend a cat’s spay surgery before the first estrus period comes. It will be between 6 to 7 months old. If she gets the surgery, she will be free from diseases of the uterus and ovaries. And, the probability of mammary gland tumors decreases.
But, there is risk because of general anesthesia. After the surgery, she could easily gain weight.
